2010 BEGINNER’S COURSES
A challenging and dynamic form of Yoga that when practiced regularly, builds your flexibility, strength and stamina. You will develop at your own pace and be guided forward according to your individual needs. The method of Ashtanga yoga was transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
