BEGINNERS COURSES - $220
Courses commence at the beginning of each month and are designed to provide beginners with an introduction to Ashtanga Yoga with a focus on developing a self practice. Self practice means that the student knows the order of the sequence of postures by heart and can link them with the Ashtanga Yoga breathing technique. Courses are designed to get students in the habit of practising yoga between 2 - 4 times per week.
Courses provide an initial introduction to the method, philosophy and practise of Ashtanga Yoga. With minimum two classes per week, this intensive course and helps to establishing a solid foundation in self practise. Students practice twice per week. TIMES: Two classes per week in one of the following three timeslots.
- MON & WED 7.00-8.00AM
- MON & WED 7.30-8.30PM
- TUE & THU 6.30-7.30PM

COURSE FEES: $220 (Course fees are non-refundable or transferable - 2 classes/week for 1 month). INCLUSIVE: Students are also welcome to attend weekend classes for no extra charge.
MISSED A CLASS? Drop-in classes are held on Saturday's at 8am and Sunday's at 4pm - students enrolled in courses may attend these classes for no extra charge to make up for missed course classes during the week.
